1. What this site is

garagesale.dig.ge is an online noticeboard for a garage sale. It lets sellers post secondhand items and lets buyers reserve a place in a queue to pick them up. Nothing more.

2. No transactions on this site

The site does not process any transactions. It does not handle payments, does not hold money or goods, does not take commissions and does not act as a party to any sale. All payments happen directly between the buyer and the seller at pickup, using whatever method they agree on between themselves.

3. Seller responsibilities

Sellers act in their own name. Each seller is solely responsible for: the accuracy and legality of their listings, the condition of their items, collecting payment (including any payment processing they choose to use), and declaring and paying any taxes that may apply to their sales. The site provides no payment processing and no tax handling of any kind.

4. Commits and queues

Pressing "Commit to Buy" reserves a place in a first-come, first-served queue and shares your email with the seller. A commit is an expression of intent, not a binding purchase contract. Sellers may mark buyers who do not show up as "no show", which removes them from the queue.

5. Buyers

Inspect items at pickup. Items are offered as-is by their sellers. Agree on price, payment and handover directly with the seller.

6. Content rules

No illegal, counterfeit, stolen or dangerous goods. Use honest descriptions and your own photos. We may remove listings or accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not a party to any sale and are not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising between buyers and sellers.

9. Changes and law
