1. Who we are

garagesale.dig.ge is an online garage sale noticeboard operated by Developers Alliance. Contact for anything privacy-related: [email protected]

2. What we collect

Your email address (used for login links and notifications). The listings you post: photos, titles, descriptions, prices, area, pickup and payment notes, and the contact info and address you choose to add. Your commit activity: which items or bundles you committed to, quantities and timestamps. Technical data: IP address (kept briefly for abuse prevention and rate limiting) and your language preference.

3. How we use it

To run the marketplace: login links, queues, notifying sellers about commits, showing buyers their queue position. To prevent abuse of the login system. Nothing else: no advertising, no profiling, and we never sell or share your data for marketing.

4. Who sees what

Listings are public, including the seller details you add to them: title, photos, description, price, area, pickup and payment notes, contact info and address. When you commit to buy, the seller sees your email address in their queue.

5. Cookies

Cookies are used for session management only: a login session cookie (gs_session) and your language choice (gs_lang). We do not track users; there are no tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Service providers

Emails are delivered through Brevo. The site is served through Cloudflare. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service.

7. Retention and deletion

Listings and accounts are kept until you delete them or ask us to. To delete your account and all associated data (including under any platform data-deletion requirement), email [email protected] from the address you registered with, and we will remove it.

8. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time via the contact address above.
